The car pick up was easy, communication was quick and available. The car was great! I’ll only mention the rear view mirror being replaced by a camera. It’s a little strange to adjust to and sometimes it would randomly change to other views so that felt a little concerning. Otherwise the ride was great!

Car was clean and well maintained and had brand new tires. Steph was quick to communicate with and responsive. A few nit picks, currently the car needs an alignment probably due to the new tires. It was a challenge to pair with my phone. It would pair but hands free microphone appeared to be broken and could not make any hands free calls. I’m sure Steph will address these issues in short order as they were very proactive, thoughtful and thorough in communicating; also the car was spotless.
