The car itself was really nice new, clean, and overall a great drive. However, the brakes definitely need to be replaced, and I also ran into an issue where the battery died. Even though I had purchased the protection plan, I couldn’t get roadside assistance to jump the battery without paying $200, which was frustrating. On top of that, the car would randomly start honking and flashing its lights out of nowhere, which was inconvenient and a bit stressful. That said, aside from those issues, the overall rental experience was great and the car was enjoyable to use.
