My experience with this trip was mostly smooth, with a few things worth noting. Pick-up at the airport garage was very convenient. The host informed me that the remote unlock wasn’t working at the time of delivery, so she met us in person to hand off the keys—no problem, as we were already at the location.

Communication through the app was generally reliable, with responses typically coming once per day. The in-person interaction during pick-up was brief and to the point, which worked fine logistically, though a more welcoming tone would have been appreciated—especially as it was my first time visiting Oregon.

The vehicle itself was great for our needs: a spacious, modern minivan that was very clean inside and stocked with thoughtful extras like water bottles and snacks. The exterior did show significant wear, including multiple scratches, dings, and one visibly warped panel. This didn’t affect our trip at all, but it does highlight one crucial recommendation:

Take comprehensive photos during both check-in and checkout—close-ups, wide shots, all angles, including the roof and bumper areas. Be thorough, even if everything looks fine.
